The last NOBA meeting is over – what happens now?

The last meeting within the framework of NOBA is now over and it is time to summarize the project and look forward. Since 2011 NOBA has worked to create a network and a platform for everyone working with dance for children and young audiences in the Nordic region. Over the years NOBA has organized six meetings and in some cases even small festivals to reduce the distances between the Nordic countries, allowing us to share experiences and bring dance for children high up on the agenda. Now that the last meeting is over, NOBA is focusing on how to continue the work and the future vision includes a joint effort to raise the profile of the Nordic dance field for children and young audiences on an international level. To support and coach the producers who are working, or want to work, on an international level is also part of the plan. More information about NOBA and the future will come. Until then we want to send a warm thank you to everyone who has participated in the meetings, everyone who has contributed in creating the NOBA network and worked with us during the last years. Big thanks to you all and see you soon!
